Scheduling Around Your Hours
We’re available 9 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, so we can often work on a slow weekday or a weekend to keep foot traffic away from wet surfaces. We’ll plan the job with you ahead of time, so you know when we’ll be there, which areas will be wet, and when they’ll be ready to use.
We also take care with the things that matter on a business property: we keep water away from open doors and electrical, and we pre-rinse and post-rinse the landscaping.
Licensed, Insured & Certificates on Request
Steadfast Pressure Washing is licensed and insured. Many HOAs and property managers need a certificate of insurance before a vendor can start. Just ask, and we’ll send our certificate of insurance so the paperwork doesn’t hold up your project.

Is your cleaning solution safe for landscaping around our building?
We pre-rinse and post-rinse plants and use a low-percentage sodium hypochlorite solution on soft-wash surfaces, which is diluted with fresh water before and after cleaning.
